  • I was like a giddy child getting ready for this retreat, and it did not disappoint! It was a perfect mixture of adventurous fun, knowledge-building, self-exploration and genuine connection with others that I was craving. The team was incredible- so warm and welcoming, allowing me to relax and enjoy the rides and poses. I'm already looking at next year's calendar to plan a return.

  • Once upon a time, after noticing the effect that spending time around horses seems in some way connected to what I experience with yoga and meditation, I decided to look up "cowgirl yoga". Sure enough I found Big Sky Yoga Retreats, and decided to see what it was all about. The yoga, the horses, the connections formed with the other women, the healing session with Wild Betty Botanicals, the food, and every detail down to wrangler Molly's cowgirl poetry was nothing short of magical. Not to mention the beauty of Montana. I already cant wait to go back!

  • Where does one begin? Could it be the sunrise meditations by the pond? Rays of sunlight kissing your face while you do yoga on the porch? Nose to nose nuzzles with the most majestically gentle horses ever? A trail ride through pines and wildflowers with views to behold? Or the unexpected steal away moments for just You, Your Soul and Nature?

Or maybe, it’s easier to ask…Where does one end? Was it dining on Amazing meals with equally Amazing Women and a Cowboy? Or sitting around the living room sharing stories of challenges, triumphs, laughter and tears? Viewing beautiful art, making Malas and sipping wine? Was it Yoga in our jammies or a Bonfire by the pond?

For me? it was it when I laid my head down on my pillow and listened to the rumbling of distant Thunder that I realized I would never be the same woman that I was when I arrived.

  • I cannot say anything original you probably haven’t heard repeatedly from many (if not all) the women that have had the privilege of your retreats. What I will say is Thank You for being a part of my journey through life. This beautiful 3.5 day experience will be forever etched in my soul. The little things? The little moments? They aren’t little. You are using your passion to make a profound, positive impact on the world and that is how life should be lived.

  • I came to B-LUXE Cowgirl Yoga seeking emotional and spiritual relief, and I found so much more. The graceful horses and amazing women I met helped heal my weary soul, and I left a far better version of myself.

Everywhere I looked was full of greenery and splendor. From the lush green meadows to the 360-degree mountains, fields of wildflowers to babbling creeks, the B Bar felt warm and inviting from day one.

  • My experience at B-LUXE Cowgirl Yoga was nothing short of magical. The people, the place, the experience... I honestly had trouble adequately describing them to people when I got home! Margaret, Molly, Henry, and Caitlin were fun, kind, and patient leaders and did a beautiful job making everyone feel at home.

This retreat gave me the opportunity to reconnect with horses for the first time in 30 years (in an entirely new way) and to refocus on my yoga practice in one of my very favorite geographic places. It was the perfect bookend to a summer of adventures. I'll be back for more!

  • By far this has been the best few days in my life! Montana has inspired my spirit and refreshed my soul! Thank you so much for an amazing experience! I can't wait to do it again!

    Cynthia, Georgia

  • Thank you for providing a stunning location to practice yoga with like-minded and beautiful women. Even though I had no horse experience, it turned out to be my favorite part of the retreat; it revealed and released things in my body I didn't know were possible. The food was spectacular and Aaron, the chef, even provided the most comical serenedes of food poetry I've ever heard - I'd come back just for him! The amount of yoga and the retreat schedule was the perfect balance of effort and ease, and adding in morning meditation with views of the mountains was a wonderful surprise.

  • I'm already Montana homesick. (after returning home from B-LUXE!)

    Cynthia, San Diego

  • WOW!!! That is the best word to describe this retreat, as it far exceeded any expectations that I had prior to my arrival. Montana itself is beautiful. Match its beauty with a ranch that provides lovely accommodations and a space filled with warmth and love. The time and effort put into making this whole retreat special from big details to small ones made it extra special for me...Margaret was very intentional about how the retreat could benefit each yogini and help her connect at a deeper level with herself. I loved the balance of play, yoga, relaxation, connecting time with the horses and the beautiful women who attended the retreat. I can't wait to go back to see Montana in the winter and experience another amazing retreat.

  • Five months later, the experiences with Margaret and the whole crew at the B Bar Ranch are still fresh in my mind. Under their guidance, I felt comfortable learning about join-up, going on the day-long trail ride, and even trying bareback, despite having no previous riding experience. Caitlin's yoga classes and mala-making workshop were led with creativity and a special thoughtfulness that I still think of fondly. On top of all of this, my favorite part of the retreat was the peaceful quiet of early-morning meditation against the backdrop of the astounding Montana scenery.
