I am Chef Kirstin Gordon of WAYFAYRE Chef Service, a lively Montana import with a passion for sharing what I call “COMPASS FOOD,” cuisine designed for any of life’s adventures with menus curated from your cravings with a twist of my travels.
From kitchens in Alaska’s Southeast, to the Seattle coast and Montana mountain towns, I have had the pleasure of honing in my skills under an array of chefs on a variety of menus. And from the streets of Mexico and the Caribbean Islands to Southeast Asia, I’ve found no better way to get to know a culture or to share my adventure back home then over the fayre native to each country.
When not sporting a chef coat, I can be found with a fishing rod rafting down a river or heading up a trail in boots, snowshoes, or cross-country skis. I have a great love for the outdoors, adventures near and far, family and friends, and the culinary creations that bring it all together.
