Introducing Skywalker, the newest member of the Cowgirl Yoga herd. He’s a Tennessee Walking Horse. But here he reminds me of the Black Stallion (without the stallion part). One recent summer day, he gracefully posed for photos to demonstrate his enthusiasm for our upcoming Cowgirl Yogatography retreat this fall.

The seasons are shifting. I absolutely adore this time of year, when the promise of autumn in is the air. Cooler mornings and nights, softer sunlight. I feel more and more inspired, and less depleted. The autumn ahead will be full of creative energy.
